Delivery Method and Timing

All PERM orders will be processed and confirmed within 1 to 3 working days after full payment is received and delivery details will be emailed to you.

Delivery schedule
All orders will be shipped out within 30 working days after the order is confirmed.

How is my package shipped?
We use transportation provider to deliver your order and update you the delivery details and date through our website.

How do I track shipment progress?
Once you receive an email from us that your order has been arranged for delivery, simply go to PERM website and click on orders to enquire or check about your delivery status.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge is RM 150 for Klang Valley area.

*Note: PERM reserves the right to modify delivery charges at any time, without prior notice.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: All orders will leave PERM in new condition. Risk of loss passes to the customer once packages are delivered to transporter. In the chance of a damaged product, please contact shipping provider immediately in order to make a claim.
